A little about me
Hello my name is Ericka Ondeck I have been an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years. My entire experience as a therapist has been treating ailments of the upper extremity. From carpal tunnel and wrist fractures to traumatic amputations and crush injuries. I have treated it all. To say I love my job in an understatement. There is no greater joy then helping someone get back to living. I am here to help you reach your goals. My private practice located in Hazleton, Pennsylvania was started 17 years ago with the promise of putting my patients first. I am here to help a new or old problem. Let my experience work for you. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my two amazing children and my husband. We love to travel and make the most of our free time. I also am a crazy French Bulldog mom to Hank.

Although I feel face to face treatment makes the best possible experience for therapy, sometimes this is not possible. Telehealth is a valuable option to ensure you are following the prescribed exercises correctly, adding appropriate treatment activities to advance your strength and motion or to consult about non emergent conditions. It is also a great way to instruct on activity adaptions in real time. Often a simple splint, some stretching or an ergonomic assessment can decrease symptoms allowing you to perform activities pain free.
